Where do you get all the items?
We have specialists who collect both locally & around the world. We authenticate all items before listing on the website.
What happens if my package gets returned to you?
We ship ALL packages with signature required. If you request us to ship without a signature for delivery, you assume responsibility for any/all missing packages. If the item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible to pay to have the item re-shipped.
Can I return my order?
We DO NOT accept returns. All sales are final. Please make sure prior to purchasing that you read the product description thoroughly, review images & double-check measurements & condition. Feel free to reach out to us if you need additional info prior to purchasing. We do not accept returns because of the customer’s personal preference. Returns are possible only when you have received an item different from the one you ordered. To request a return, refund or exchange of a faulty item, please contact us within 2 days after you have received your order through email.

How does sizing work?
With most vintage apparel pieces, you CANNOT rely on notification size alone for fit. This is why we include measurements on each item page. Please carefully confirm the measurements of the item prior to purchasing since sizing runs unique to each brand, style and year.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are charged in JPY (Japanese Yen). The currency will convert to JPY once you proceed to checkout.
Do you buy/consign?
We do not do buying or consignment.
How can I buy items on Instagram?
All items posted on Instagram are available for purchase on a first come basis. Items will be tagged on our Instagram posts. You can click to be directed to our website. Not all items are available on our website, send us a direct message on Instagram or email us via: firstname.lastname@example.org for purchase.
Are all items online available in the physical stores?
Not every item is available at our stores. Please contact email@example.com to ask for availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, Google Pay, PayPal & Bank Transfer. If you want to order with bank transfer, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I be charged any duties/taxes?
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not in charge or in control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges, we kindly ask you to contact your local customs office.
Can I change or cancel my order?
After placing an order, any changes or cancellation cannot be accepted. If the shipping information was wrongly entered, we will require handling fee.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days(excluding weekends). We will notify you by e-mail if any item in your order is out of stock or unavailable.
Where do you ship?
We ship to 100＋ countries via DHL or EMS (Japan Post). The shipping company cannot be chosen by the customer. If your shipping address has a P.O. BOX, your order will be shipped via EMS. Domestic shipping is handled by Yamato, Yu-Pack or Sagawa (Japan only).
How much is shipping cost?
Basic shipping fees are free (Domestic & International). Please note that our shipping does not include duties/taxes.
