SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer international shipping to selected countries and regions.
Available shipping options and shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery destination and displayed at checkout.
International orders are generally shipped via DHL or FedEx. The shipping carrier is determined based on the destination and cannot be selected by the customer.
Domestic orders within Japan continue to be shipped using our designated domestic carriers.
DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, applicable duties and taxes are calculated based on your shipping destination and displayed at checkout.
Where applicable, duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
As each item is unique and one of a kind, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
If you need to cancel your order or make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
For international orders, we may not be able to modify an existing order after it has been placed. In such cases, the original order may need to be cancelled and a new order placed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the unique and pre-owned nature of our items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, fit, color preference, or other personal reasons.
We carefully describe and photograph each item, including its condition and any noticeable signs of wear. Please review all product descriptions, photographs, measurements and condition details carefully before placing your order.
If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a significant discrepancy between the item received and its description, please contact us at info@amorevintagetokyo.com within 2 days of delivery.
Items approved for return must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all original tags and accessories attached or included.
VINTAGE & PRE-OWNED ITEMS
All items sold by AMORE Vintage are vintage or pre-owned unless otherwise stated.
Due to their age and previous ownership, items may show natural signs of wear, aging or variations in condition. These characteristics are part of the unique nature of vintage and pre-owned pieces and are not considered defects.
Each item is individually inspected and its condition is described and photographed as accurately as possible.
As most of our items are one of a kind, the same item may not be available for replacement or exchange.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Certain items may not be available for international shipping due to local import regulations, material restrictions or other legal requirements.
Products containing restricted materials, including certain exotic leathers and real fur, may not be eligible for international shipping.
