By placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions below;

  • PRICING

We accept payment in Japanese Yen, US Dollars, Renminbi, Hong Kong Dollars, New Taiwan Dollars, Singapore Dollars and Australian Dollars. Prices may change due to sudden rise of market prices without prior notice.

The default currency on our website is set to JPY. When you settle payment in a different currency, the refunded amount in the case of cancellation or return will be subject to foreign transaction fees. Especially in the case of product returns, there will be differences between the price you have paid and the refunded amount.

Orders shipping overseas are exempted from Japanese consumption tax. If the location on your device is set to any country other than Japan, the price displayed on the website won't include Japanese consumption tax.

Even in the case that the store is to be considered responsible for the cancellation or return, we do not assume responsibility for the above mentioned fees, which will be borne by the customer.

Additionally, in the case of product return, the refunded amount may differ from the paid amount due to changes in the currency exchange rate. We have no control over such changes and we assume the right to ask the customer to bear the difference.

Available payment options are Bank Transfer, American Express, Visa, Master Card, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Amazon Pay and more.
  • DELIVERY SERVICE
We ship to 100+ countries via DHL, FedEx, or EMS (Japan Post). The shipping courier cannot be chosen by the customer. Domestic shipping is handled by Yamato, Yu-Pack or Sagawa (Japan only).

  • IMPORT DUTIES/TAXES
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not in charge or in control of these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges, we kindly ask you to contact your local customs office.
  • CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
We do not accept any changes/cancellations after placing an order. In the case that changes need to be made to the order, or cancellation has to be made due to unforeseen reasons, a handling fee of 4% of your order total will be required.
  • RETURN POLICY
We DO NOT accept any returns because of the customer’s personal preferences. All sales are final. Please make sure before purchase to read the product's description thoroughly, review images and double-check the measurements and condition. The color of items may look different according to the device you are using, especially for the colors beige and yellow. Feel free to contact our customer service anytime if you need additional information before purchasing.
If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please send us an email to request a return after confirming the conditions below;
・The return tag is still attached.
・The item has NOT been kept for more than 2 days after being delivered.
・It has NOT been worn, washed or its condition has NOT been altered in any way.
・It is NOT missing any accessories it came with.

We ship ALL packages with a signature required. If you request for a shipment without a signature required, the recipient will take responsibility for any missing packages. If the item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the recipient will take responsibility for all additional re-shipping fees.
